Our kitchen philosophy, which unites wine and indulgence in Lech, consciously concentrates on highest quality through the use of many regional products. Only the best from the region and the surrounding alpine countries finds its way onto your plate. True to the motto: You are what you eat!

Wine and indulgence in Lech: breakfast and afternoon snack

In the morning, a rich Vorarlberg breakfast buffet with organic corner, fresh fruit, lovingly prepared egg dishes, various juices, a fine selection of bread and desserts, the Verival Urkorn muesli from a Tyrolean organic factory, cornflakes, milk from Vorarlberg farmers, honey from our honey sponsorship, and many other local specialties.

Afternoon snack – savoury and sweet!

In the afternoon your heart will be filled with joy. Why? Because from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. we spoil you with strudel, cakes, and so much more. Perfect for recharging your batteries after an action-packed day on the slopes!

3 or 4 course dinner menu?

In the evening, we serve you a 3-course menu or 4-course menu in our hotel’s own restaurant Karhornstube on five days a week. Booking dinner is easy: Just let us know at breakfast if you will be having dinner with us in the evening. We’ll be happy to inform you about the day’s dish selection and prices. Please note that it’s not possible to book your dinner last-minute in the evening. Because: Planning ahead helps us avoid food waste. Please also let us know in advance if you suffer from allergies or intolerances!

Our á la carte Restaurant "Jägerstube & Walserstube" is eperimental, crazy, relaxed, playful, seasonal, international, perfectionsit - the Jagdhaus Monzabon gourmet cuisine is very special! Head Chef Michael Broger and his ktichen rockers support especialy this. They are culinary craftsmen with passion and with heart and soul and skill - always aiming to offer our guests maximum enjoyment.  In additional, Dilploma Sommelier and Sake Sommelier Tobias Schneider serves fine wines and sake specialities. 

The á la carte restaurant "Jägerstube & Walserstube" has 8 exclusive seats. We therefore ask you to reserve a table in advance at our reception in the Jagdhaus Monzabon or by calling 0043 5583 2104.

 

Wine and indulgence? In Lech, everywhere!

On the other two days, when our restaurant Korhornstube and our gourmet restaurant "Jägerstube & Walserstube" is closed, try out one of the many fine restaurants that Lech has to offer. We will be happy to tell you which of our neighbours conjure up the best delicacies! Back at the hotel, it's worth taking a detour (or a nightcap?) at our bar. Graduate sommelier and junior chef Tobias Schneider will be happy to recommend the right wine for you. He has a talent for evaluating out with great sensitivity which drop best suits your mood and preferences. Let him surprise you!
